Rutland Hall Hotel has announced the appointment of Adrian Pickard as a new Director and its General Manager. Adrian comes with more than 30 years of industry experience and will be a key component in the hotel’s next phase of growth and development.
Rutland Hall Hotel, nestled on the banks of Rutland Water near Oakham, has welcomed Adrian Pickard as its new General Manager, who will use his extensive experience in the hospitality sector to help build on the 4-star lakeside resort’s reputation as a leading destination in the UK.
His results-oriented approach is expected to significantly contribute to elevating the hotel to new heights – setting up an exciting and prosperous year ahead for guests and staff at the hotel.

Since the new ownership in 2020, Rutland Hall Hotel has seen substantial investments and significant enhancements, including the refurbishment of all 66 hotel rooms, the redesign of the Main Hall, the launch of Blossoms restaurant and bar, and the development of the Pavilion, a new 500-seater indoor venue space.
