Under the expert leadership of young Austrian Chef Michael Gollenz, Alfred Keller continues to dazzle diners with its award-winning à la carte dishes and multi-course Signature and Innovation Tasting Menus.

These gastronomic masterpieces are perfectly paired with a celebrated wine programme featuring 550 of the world’s finest wines – a wine programme recently celebrated at the Wine Spectator Awards for 2024.

Chef Michael Gollenz took the helm at Alfred Keller in 2021, following mentorship from 2-Michelin-star Chef Christian Kuchler. Shortly after his appointment, Chef Gollenz earned Alfred Keller its first Michelin star, a testament to his extraordinary talent.
