With temperatures beginning to fall and the nights drawing in, Blenheim Palace has launched its delicious new Dark Night and Winter menus across its restaurants and cafes, focusing on locally sourced produce, seasonal ingredients, and using suppliers within a 20-mile radius of the Estate.
Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, light lunch, or a lavish afternoon tea experience, Britain’s Greatest Palace offers a wealth of eating options at its newly renovated Orangery, The Oxfordshire Pantry, The Stables Café, The Walled Garden Pizzeria, and the Snack Shack, located within Adventure Play.
The Orangery’s new lunch menu includes tasty temptations such as Roasted Blenheim Beetroot, Whipped Feta, Pickled Walnuts, Sourdough Shards, and Baby Cress Salad; Singapore Fried Noodles, Glazed Tofu, Spring Onion, and sesame Salad; Braised Shank of Blenheim Lamb, Butter Bean and pancetta Stew, salsa verde; and South Coast Clam Linguini, English white wine, Tomato Pesto, Black Olives, and Micro Herbs.
Across from The Stables Cafe, visitors can enjoy breakfast from 10.30 am to 12 pm, including breakfast baps of vegan sausage, dry cured bacon, or Oxfordshire pork sausages. The Cafe also offers soups and jacket potatoes with a range of fillings, including a Garden Ratatouille, Vegan Feta, Sweet Potato Jacket; Mexican Beef Chilli, Guacamole, Sour Cream & Keen’s Grated Cheddar; and Classic Heinz Baked Beans & Keen’s Grated Cheddar – all garnished with a Garden Salad.
The popular Walled Garden Pizzeria is also showcasing a new menu, with pizzas on offer, including Classic Margherita, Florentine, and Meat Feast. For quick bites, poke bowls and sandwiches are available at the pizzeria.
