Chocolate connoisseurs are in for a treat this October with the launch of Chocolate Unwrapped, a multi-sensory journey of indulgence in the heart of London.
One of the events for this year’s Chocolate Week, visitors will explore all four floors and be taken literally from bean to bar, starting with cocoa beans and finishing with chocolate cocktails. Join brands such as Pump Street, Knoops, Melt Chocolates, Bare Bones, and Cocoa Runners as they showcase chocolate in all its forms, curating exclusive taste experiences and innovative pairings and unveiling new creations.
- Start with a room dedicated to chocolate bars of different origins, percentages and flavours from some of the best bean-to-bar makers in the UK.
- Then, move on to filled treats from experts The Chocolatier and Melt, such as truffles, caramels, and ganaches.
- Then on to blissful bakes, a room of perfect patisserie and sumptuous cakes with dessert makers and bakeries, including EK Bakery.
- To complete the experience, chocolate to drink. Stunning hot chocolate from Knoops, a smooth chocolate liqueur from Bouvery and decadent cocktails from MayaJules Mezcal.
