TV chef and food writer Clodagh McKenna has been announced as Parma Ham UK’s newest brand ambassador. This exciting collaboration, arising from Clodagh’s shared passion for fresh and sustainable produce, is set to combine Parma Ham with Clodagh’s expertise.
Clodagh is the author of eight cookbooks, her latest of which, In Minutes, is a Number 1 best seller in both the UK and Ireland. In addition to her contribution as a food columnist for the Sunday Times, Clodagh is a resident chef on ITV’s This Morning, has hosted five of her own TV series (including Fresh From the Farmers Market and Fresh From the Sea) and appears regularly on TV shows in both the US and Canada.
When it comes to food, Clodagh’s philosophy aligns perfectly with the essence of Parma Ham. With a shared commitment to high quality like no other and exceptional flavour, Clodagh is well-positioned to honour the Italian delicacy, its unique production process and flavour profile.
As the UK brand ambassador, Clodagh will bring fresh inspiration to chefs and foodies seeking to explore the culinary versatility of Parma Ham. In bringing her creative touch and appreciation for food’s finer details to the table, the partnership will connect UK audiences to Parma Ham’s one-of-a-kind taste, texture, and quality.
Clodagh said, “I am thrilled to be joining Parma Ham UK as their brand ambassador. A product like Parma Ham is a true culinary treasure, and I cannot wait to explore and showcase its true versatility. I look forward to bringing a taste of Italy to UK kitchens sharing new ideas and delicious recipes to help this audience savour this important piece of Italian heritage.
