Guests staying at Costa Navarino in 2021 are in for an absolute treat. There’s a world of new experiences and upgraded services on offer, coupled with larger outdoor spaces which have all been equipped with enhanced safety measures. Let’s take a closer looks at what on offer.
Some of the new Experiences
This season, Costa Navarino will introduce a one-of-a-kind teens hub with a series of exciting entertainment options, including new on-trend culinary concepts and gaming activities. From VR gaming and bowling to original escape games, young adults will have the time of their life, with carefree fun day and night.
In addition to these, tennis fans will get to experience the first European ‘Mouratoglou Tennis Center’, which is launched in partnership with renowned tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou. With 12 new state-of-the-art tennis courts, reaching a total of 16, guests will get to train with experienced Mouratoglou coaches who will deliver special training methodologies and tailor-made programs, including private and group lessons, for adult and junior players alike.
Embark on a Gastronomic Journey
Food fans will be in for a treat this year. With twenty-one restaurants, lounge bars and cafes to choose from, just picking one will be hard enough! At all of these, guests will have the option of alfresco dining, and they’ll be well catered for by Chef Giannis Parikos and his new menus KooC Taverna Secrets, Kafeneio and Souvlakerie.
For some authentic Greek comfort food coupled with a contemporary flair, guests should head to Perovino.
Suppose you are after something a little more private. In that case, there are unique locations such as a traditional Messinian home, located within an idyllic setting amidst the olive groves or a Farm to Table lunch. Here, guests will be able to enjoy some homegrown produce hand-picked from the vegetable gardens; this sounds like an ultimate dining experience.
Expert sommeliers will also be hand to showcase the best of the region’s grape varieties, and guests can find out more about the destination’s organic vineyards, where a traditional harvesting experience is available during the harvest season.
Celebrating a Landmark Year
2021 is a landmark year for Greece, which is celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution. This is one of the reasons why paying a visit to the Peloponnese region (the birthplace of the revolt). It’s sure to be at the top of many must-see lists this year.
Inspired by the local heroes, traditions and stories of 1821, the authentic experiences at Costa Navarino get a unique twist, allowing guests to travel back in time. This season will be one to remember, from gastronomic tastings to cultural performances and curated tours that pay homage to the past.

There are multiple opportunities to immerse yourself in nature and a wide range of activities suitable for people of all ages. Keeping you safe while you Relax
Besides the protocols set by the World Health Organization and the Greek Authorities, a series of enhanced protection measures are in place this year to ensure guests can unwind safely.
An in-house 24/7 medical and nursing team will be available, while regular molecular/PCR tests will be conducted for associates. It is recommended that any guests who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 or have not recovered from COVID-19 have a PCR test within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Alternatively, a Rapid Antigen test will be offered complimentary upon arrival, whereas upon request, PCR testing will be available on-site at a special price.
Moreover, the hotels have implemented the innovative system ‘Commitment to Clean’ developed by Marriott, setting new standards and specifications for cleanliness and hygiene in hospitality. Further measures include temperature measurements for everyone entering the resort, hired trained staff for sanitising public and private spaces, and a dedicated associate team to address the enhanced needs in health and safety.
Mechanisms and digital services for zero or low-contact and transactions, as well as extended distancing limits, are also in place.
