Darkside at the Rosewood Hong Kong is already celebrating, even before the full onslaught of the festive celebrations. The highly-popular bar has collected three awards in just one day, and it’s all down to Director of Bars Arkadiusz Rybak, Beverage Manager Simone Rossi, and the award-winning team of mixologists.
DarkSide, Rosewood Hong Kong’s sophisticated cocktail parlour with sultry live jazz, is celebrating making the recently-announced list of the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021 by William Reed Business Media.
Now listed among the world’s finest bar institutions, DarkSide made the top fifty by coming in 49th place. It follows the bars inaugural entry into Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021, and in addition to this, it was also named as Best Hotel Bar and Best Bar of the Year by Time Out Hong Kong on the same night.
The award-winning bar team is led by Rosewood’s Director of Bars Arkadiusz Rybak and DarkSide Beverage Manager Simone Rossi, who have demonstrated unwavering leadership throughout one of the hospitality industry’s most turbulent years.

Celebrate Christmas with Festive Cocktails throughout December
This December, one of the world’s best bars is offering everything from mulled wine to Christmas cocktails, making it one of the ultimate destinations to grab a festive tipple.
The bars inimitable Simone Rossi will be celebrating the season with two new spiced cocktails, Lost in the Toddy inspired by the classic Hot Toddy, featuring Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie, biscotti, lemon, apple, ginger, chamomile, and cinnamon tea; and the ever-soothing All the Way Mulled Wine with Remy Martin VSOP, Visciolata del Carindale, spices and ginger.
Festive cocktails will be served throughout the month of December till 1st January 2022, priced at HK$180+10% each.
