The two Michelin-starred TATE Dining Room and date by TATE’s Chef & Owner Vicky Lau are bringing back the takeaway an ODE TO HOME – Gastronomy Gourmet Box. If you weren’t aware, it’s based around at-home dining and introduces an elevated restaurant experience directly to you.
The ODE TO HOME Gourmet Box is designed to bring some extra joy to any intimate occasion, from birthdays and romantic date nights to simply celebrating the end of a busy week. date by TATE will introduce an exceptional at-home dining experience by bringing a fully catered multi-course menu and beverage pairing into the comfort of peoples homes.
About date by TATE’s Gastronomy Gourmet Box
Embark on an innovative French Chinese culinary journey shared and celebrated with loved ones in the comforts of your home. All Date by TATE menu items are prepared in TATE Dining Room’s professional kitchen with the strictest safety, sanitation, and health standards. Thoughtful and considered details are embraced throughout, with food delivered in high-quality vessels yet embracing a zero-waste approach with reusable packaging that will be returned to the restaurant.
Similar to hotel room service, the date by the TATE team will arrange for the pick-up of all items upon completion of the meal. As much as possible, ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally and always cooked with the home in mind. Available on Tuesday – Saturday, the Gastronomy Gourmet Boxes will be produced in limited quantities of only 30 per day.
For an elegant takeaway and delivery experience fully tailored to the unique needs, the Gastronomy Gourmet Box is date by TATE’s sophisticated answer to the modern takeaway meal. With a minimum requirement of 2 box sets per order, the three-tiered Gastronomy Gourmet Box includes a signature bread basket, a quartet of 4 small dishes, a main course choice, and a dessert mignardise set for one.
You can also add on a choice of either half bottle of Champagne Billecart-Salmon Rose (375ml) with 2 Lehmann Champagne Glasses or Patisserie sets by Chef Graff Kwok, Head Pastry Chef of date by TATE.
