Headed by Chef Raul Balam, the Anti-Aging menu at Moments restaurant is the only one of its type in Barcelona.

“Once they have been introduced to the concept of ‘anti-ageing’ foods, many of my patients are keen to continue with this programme at home, but find dining out a challenge,”, says Dr. Manuel Sánchez. With the new anti-ageing menus at Moments Restaurant, this has now been remedied.
Michelin Starred Moments restaurant serves neo-traditional Catalan cuisine based around the best seasonal products. It represents common sense, tradition, authenticity and a return to its Catalan roots, so this culinary concept fits perfectly with the anti-ageing philosophy. The menus, served every lunchtime, have been created under these provisions, so that the selected combinations of food, the quantities, and preparation strictly follow the scientific basis of anti-aging. Chef Carme Ruscalleda explains that “the quality and freshness of the ingredients we use is vital. My goal is always to provide healthy dishes, which are tasty and well prepared.”

The menu includes five courses with mouth-watering delicacies such as ‘Artichoke mini pizzas with Joselito ham’ and ‘Buckwheat macaroni with scallops and vegetables’.
The Anti-ageing menu at Moments Restaurant is served Monday to Friday and costs EUR 59 per person.
