The special menu includes ingredients selected for their symbolism in Pan-Asian cultures for example sesame seeds and coriander (or Chinese Parsley) represent immortality, garlic which represents sexual well-being and duck which symbolises married bliss.
With dining options priced from £99 per person, guests will enjoy four delicious appetisers including white tuna sashimi with a Japanese sesame dressing and scallop sui mai with prawns and Chinese chives dressed in a chilli garlic sauce.
Guests will be served two mains of black cod, poached in sweet red miso and Korean lamb cutlets with wasabi cream and cucumber, before rounding off with a coffee brulée with whiskey foam and iced milk.
Revellers can upgrade for parties of four or more to £119 per person and enjoy a table in the Thames suite which boasts views over the River Thames and a front-row seat of the Capital’s firework extravaganza, which kicks off at midnight. The price also includes a glass of Champagne and a jazz-band entertainment.
