Ho Lee Fook is inviting hungry guests to join them for an exceptional summer edition of the Good Fortune Club. In what will be a first, Ho Lee Fook will be collaborating with the renowned Michelin-starred Ningbo restaurant, Yong Fu Hong Kong, on its opulent monthly Sunday dim sum lunch series.
On 4th August (Sunday) for one day only, Ho Lee Fook and Yong Fu Hong Kong will present a menu with a total of 6 unique collaborative dim sum creations curated by Chefs ArChan Chan and Dim Sum Chef Winson Yip from Ho Lee Fook (lead image), together with Chef Liu Zhen of Yong Fu (featured below).
This one-of-a-kind dining experience is priced starting at HK$1,188+10% per guest, which includes one bottle of Champagne selected from a collection of eight distinguished vintages and producers.
The Good Fortune Club, Ningbo Edition on 4th August, 2024
The special edition Ho Lee Fook x Yong Fu Good Fortune Club menu will feature a selection of 6 exclusive dim sum items inspired by the signature flavours and ingredients of Yong Fu Hong Kong’s Ningbo cuisine.
Among the unique collaboration dishes, which will only be available on 4th August, are:
- Marinated Baby Lobster in Puff Pastry (a signature dish from Yong Fu Hong Kong)
- Yong Fu Fermented Green Chilli Sauce & Cod Fish Dumpling (a signature sauce from Yong Fu Hong Kong)
- Pan-Fried Seaweed Cake
- Ningbo Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumpling (an iconic dessert from Yong Fu)
- And Yong Fu’s famous signature Pan-Fried Housemade Jiao Zi (dumplings)
Each of the above dishes is exclusively available as a single serving for the day for each guest.
Familiar dim sum and main dish staples (up to a selection of 24 items), as dreamt up by Chef ArChan and Chef Winson, will also continue to be served in unlimited portions for this special lunch, including
- Har Har Har Gow with plump prawns and smashed cucumber
- Pork & Mushroom Siu Mai
- Kurobuta Pork Char Siu Pineapple Puff
- Mala Beef Ball with kaffir lime leaves
- Wok-Seared Pepper stuffed with Prawn Paste,
In addition, guests will enjoy signature Chinese Barbecue items, including honey-glazed and charcoal-grilled Kurobuta Pork Char Siu, among the moreish offerings.
