Citadines Islington London has a fresh modern feel about it thanks to the liberal use of pastel furnishing, calming hues and statement lighting in the communal areas. The apartments have been decorated with a bespoke monochromatic wallpaper from French graphic artist Jérémie Solomon. The wallpaper takes London’s skyline as part of its inspiration along with paying homage to the building previous links to the Royal Mail.

If you are a fan of healthy food, OMNOM, the plant-based restaurant is only a short walk away as is the ODEON Luxe & Dine. Today, the street draws people from a wide area, which was a far cry from Charles Dicken’s time when he was less complimentary about the street with his words!

If you want to take in the major sights in the local area during your stay, there are a few standouts closeby. For those who enjoy the culture and the arts, there the Sadler’s Wells Theatre and the Almeida theatre. Sports fans can pay a visit to the Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal football club. And if you want something a little more serene and a place to gather your thoughts, London’s beautiful Regent’s canal is just a short walk away.

As we’ve mentioned earlier, one of the key selling points with the Citadines Apart’hotel’s is convenience and ease of access to places. For those intending to explore the wider area, the Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations are only a ten-minutes walk. These stations provide easy access to the city centre, St. Pancras International station and King’s Cross.
