13th December – Festival of Lights
Step outside the hotels and let the festive fun begin. Those visiting St Lucia in early December will be able to take part in the Festival of Lights celebration, which includes a lantern competition followed by a fireworks display.
Enjoy an evening of splendour underneath the twinkling stars, and watch the sky come alive with sparkling lights.
18th – 23rd December 2023 – The Ultimate Chocolate Christmas Experience
With its very own 600-acre ‘Emerald Estate’, which is home to over 2,000 cocoa trees, Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet invite guests to experience a number of chocolatey activities this Christmas.
Treat a loved one to an afternoon of Chocolate-themed activities that will delight the senses, starting with a chocolate bean-to-bar tour and sensory tasting followed by an interactive cooking class in which guests will learn to make a delicious chocolate bar- the perfect Christmas gift and memento.

21st December – Jazzy Christmas Sunset Cruise from 4 pm
For those really wanting to ‘push the boat out’, guests can set sail on Jade Mountain’s Jazzy Sunset Cruise this Christmas and soak up spectacular sunset views from the comfort of a double-decker catamaran whilst enjoying a live blend of soulful rhythms and romantic numbers from one of St Lucia’s best-known saxophonists.

25th December – Christmas Day Lunch
A gastronomic delight will be served on Christmas Day at the Jade Mountain Club, with Christmas Dinner being celebrated at Anse Chastanet.
Guests will be treated to a delicious buffet including Seared scallops, truffle remoulade, purple potato, a charcuterie Bar, vegan plates and a satay-live station.
This will be matched with evening entertainment from Junior Etienne and Rob Zii Taylor & Phyness, who will carry the Christmas celebrations into the night.
