Ms Jirarat Ninpadub is a rising star in the Thai hospitality industry, and this has been recognised by her appointment to the position of General Manager at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort. Jirarat will be leading the rebranded beachfront retreat into an exciting new era as it prepares to welcome guests to Phuket’s northwest coast in September 2023.
A highly accomplished hospitality professional with 15 years of experience, Jirarat Ninpadub has a strong track record that has included hotel renovations, rebrandings and pre-openings. As GM of the previous Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach, she is the perfect person to guide this reimagined resort into an exciting new era.
One of the rising stars of the Thai hospitality scene, Jirarat achieved a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality at Les Roches, the prestigious Swiss hotel management school, before embarking on a successful career that has encompassed some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, such as Shanghai, Dubai, Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket, and leading brands such as InterContinental, Ritz-Carlton, Westin, Anantara and Swissôtel.
Now, she is leading the transformation of the new Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort, which is set to immerse guests in a world of natural and cultural wonders.

Jirarat has made it her mission to incorporate eco-friendly solutions into every aspect of the hotel’s operations, from green energy supplied by rooftop solar panels to waste reduction measures. She also aims to highlight local craftsmanship through the resort’s design philosophy and showcase local traditions and heritage through a collection of curated guest experiences.

Owned by Narai Hospitality, Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort is nestled directly on Phuket’s Mai Khao Beach, overlooking the Andaman Sea and surrounded by Sirinat National Park.
Upon opening, it will feature 244 rooms and suites, including new pool access rooms, private cabana rooms, and private pool suites, plus a lagoon pool, a children’s fun pool, a kids’ club and plenty of activities, including beachfront yoga, daytime games and water sports.
Dining options include The Nook, a casual café, and Ocean Kitchen, the signature Mediterranean restaurant.
