Rosewood Hong Kong’s convivial tapas-inspired restaurant and bar has introduced a new weekend lunch menu by Chef de Cuisine Jorge Vera Gutierrez. The new menu is designed to share and features a feast of delectable Spanish-focused fare with the option of adding a free-flow drinks package.
Bayfare Social’s New Weekend Lunch Menu
Chef Jorge Vera Gutierrez’s new Spanish weekend lunch is priced at HK$598+10% per person. It begins with a refreshing and decadent Seafood Platter on Ice with jet-fresh Boston lobster, oyster and tiger prawn, and Scallop Tiradito with Hokkaido scallop, escabeche dressing and avocado.
Starters are followed by traditional Spanish tapas of Iberico Ham Croquetas with aioli, Padrón Peppers sprinkled with sea salt, and Chorizo a la Sidra, a classic appetizer of chorizo braised in cider.
The hearty mains consist of Cochinillo Asado, the chef’s famous crispy-skinned roasted Spanish suckling pig with fried potatoes and homemade pork sauce, in addition to a pan of Seafood Paella with clams, prawn, squid and aioli.
For an indulgent dessert, choose between a traditional Spanish treat of Churros with chocolate dip or the Tart of the Day.
Guests can add on one glass of Sangria for an additional HK$98 or opt for an unlimited package of Perelada Cava, Tio Pepe Sherry Cocktails, Sangria, House Red and White Wine, and Estrella Galicia for HK$298 per person.
The premium, unlimited package of Magnum Duval Leroy Champagne, Signature Cocktails, Sangria, Premium Red and White Wine, and Estrella Galicia is also available for HK$498 per person.
