The UK-based tuner, Kahn Design, has revealed their new 3.0-litre RS300 SDV6 HSE Vesuvius Edition Range Rover, a true style icon.
The seductive proportions of this santorini black metallic and Vesuvius orange beauty results in a breathtakingly elegant vehicle that screams for attention.
The use of immaculate materials and outstanding build technology is truly extraordinary. An aerodynamically-efficient exterior package consists of a lower front bumper lip extension, an RS front grille with 3D mesh, brake calipers finished in Vesuvius orange, front wheel arch LED light strips, a painted floating roof and bonnet stripe, in addition to door handles in matte grey and Kahn branding. Centered round a radical design and interconnected in order to communicate design and engineering expression, the Kahn crosshair exhausts in stainless steel reflect an attraction to a pluto-matic lifestyle: a first cousin only to silence, and manners.
Created using state-of-the art manufacturing and materials technology, the 22-inch RS Black wheels come complete with an orange pinstripe, simple clean lines, soft organic surfaces on the edge of the spoke, as well as a purposeful mechanical centre.
Another unique element of this model is the amazing interior which has been upgraded to a magnificent level with a RS Vesuvius-style diamond-quilted and perforated black leather cabin boasting a raft of features. These include Vesuvius orange trim, a Kahn Vesuvius speedometer and rev counter, Kahn illuminated door entry sill plates in stainless steel, a Vesuvius orange time clock, privacy tinted glass, as well as seat logos.
The 3.0 SDV6 engine offers plenty of performance – 256 bhp at 4,000 rpm coupled with 600Nm at 2,000rpm (torque), ensuring the vehicle sprints towards 60 mph in just 8.4 seconds. Furthermore, the engine is connected to the new ZF 8HP70 eight-speed automatic gearbox, offering silky-smooth shifts and improved fuel economy.
