It would be doing KitchenAid somewhat of an injustice to think of it as the world’s most renowned food mixer manufacturer. The US company is much more than that, thanks to its extensive range of market-leading and award-winning products, which now includes a new Fully-automatic Espresso Collection.
Something is rapidly approaching in the not-too-distant future. It is a particular time of the year when people spread joy by gifting. Although mentioning the official name for that time of year is a little early, we’re sure you know what we mean.
Regular readers will know that we are fans of KitchenAid. Over the years, we’ve been wowed by its mixers, blenders, and more. For this feature, we look closer at KitchenAid’s New Espresso collection, which will undoubtedly be on many ultimate gift wish lists.
The new Espresso collection allows you to enjoy your coffee at home just the way you want it. Depending on the quality of coffee you use, you can make coffee that would make a barista jealous, and the best bit is that it can be done at the touch of a button.
The New KitchenAid Fully-automatic Espresso Collection
Rooted in innovation, design, and craftsmanship, the collection allows for endless exploration at home. It includes three fully automatic espresso machines that make coffee effortlessly. The machines in the collection have durable metal bodies and, as one would expect from KitchenAid, house cutting-edge technology.
Another positive is the noise levels. The espresso machines are designed to be quiet, which has resulted in them being certified by Quiet Mark. This will be a great relief to those who want to start their day with a coffee and, equally as important, those who don’t need a coffee in the morning who are living with them!
Feature of the machines in the new collection:
- Up to 40+ coffee options at the touch of a button, from Espresso, Americano, and Latte to Cappuccino and many more (KF6 – 15, KF7 – 20+, KF8 – 40+ options)
- Create up to six personalised favourites with shortcuts to customised preferences, including strength, temperature, order of milk or coffee and size (KF6 and KF7 – 4 and KF8 – 6favourites)
- Up to 5″ colour touch screen easily select and personalise your favourite espresso drinks (KF6 – 2.4″ colour display, KF7 – 3.5″ and KF8 – 5″ colour touch screen)
- An integrated conical stainless steel burr grinder makes uniform-sized grounds to consistently extract the best flavour from the coffee beans
- 9.5 oz / 270 g removable bean hopper to empty, refill, or change to a different blend; simply twist and lift to easily remove the bean hopper
- Automatic Milk Frothing and Heating to steam, heat, or froth the exact amount of milk every time
- Plant-based milk mode (KF8 only) for steaming, heating and frothing not only dairy but also alternatives such as almond, oat or soy
- Pre-Ground Coffee Bypass Chute to skip what’s in the grinder in favour of a quick, say, decaf
- Easy Cleaning with an automatic ‘clean me’ notification to ensure that the machine is always in tip-top condition to always perform at its very best
The KitchenAid Espresso Collection achieved a Red Dot Design Award: Product Design 2024. For those unfamiliar with the Red Dot Award, it is regarded as the world’s foremost celebration of design. Each entry is painstakingly reviewed by an international panel focused on outstanding design.
