La Jungle De Plein marks a significant milestone in Milan’s culinary scene with the grand opening of the city’s first luxury dirty vegan bistrot. Nestled in the heart of Milan, this vibrant eatery is now inviting guests to partake in a unique dining experience that harmoniously blends sustainability, elegance, and culinary creativity.
The La Jungle de Plein is designed to delight the senses. It features an enchanting decor emblazoned by the signature hues of soft pinks and lush greens. Adorned with an array of fresh flowers, the bistrot creates a serene yet stylish atmosphere, perfect for chic breakfasts, refined brunches, and intimate dinners.
The menu showcases innovative dishes made from locally sourced, organic ingredients. Each plate celebrates flavour and artistry, ensuring every dining experience is memorable. Key dishes include Mushrooms in Wonderland, an elevated mushroom dish combining an exquisite array of mushrooms such as porcini, cardoncelli, shitake, and pippin.
La Jungle De Plein takes great pride in its Tagliatelle, Pomodoro San Marzano, and Basilico. Revelling in true authentic Italian style, the dish features a divine homemade tagliatelle served with San Marzano tomato sauce and basil. It is clean, elegant, and riddled with quiet luxury.
As with any great restaurant, La Jungle De Plein offers its take on the cheeseburger. Set to become a vegan staple in Milano, the Dirty Burger is a decadent hamburger with cheddar, lettuce, and mayonnaise served with French fries.
“We are thrilled to introduce Verde e Rosa to the Milanese community,” said Philipp Plein, the visionary behind the bistrot. “Our mission is to redefine vegan dining by offering dishes that not only taste exquisite but also respect our planet.”
La Jungle de Plein is committed to sustainability and using eco-friendly practices and materials. The Bistrot aims to inspire a mindful dining culture in Milan, encouraging guests to savour delicious food while being kind to the environment.
