Every year, La Maison du Chocolat, the international luxury chocolatier from Paris (France) introduces a prestige collection for Easter.
For 2013, Master Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau has created a masterpiece in the form of the Limited Edition ‘Saute-mouton’ gift set which is based on a modern and pastoral vision of the traditional Easter bestiary.
At the heart of this extraordinary and hand-made creation are the lambs named ‘Frisoton’ and ‘Frisette’ – the heroes of La Maison’s enthralled Easter tale which are available in both milk and dark chocolate, and feature a fleece which is made from rolled up chocolate drops. This is complemented by frothy wool which has been skilfully sprayed, a fence which has been finely grooved and polished with cacao butter, mounds composed of soufflé chocolate, as well as daisies have been meticulously hand-painted.
