La Terrace by Louise to Host a Special Collaboration with Trattoria Felino

For one night only on Wednesday, September 11th, La Terrace by Louise, the latest affiliate concept to JIA Group and Chef Julien Royer’s renowned Michelin-starred Louise, has announced a special event collaboration with Trattoria Felino. The unique dining experience will blend rustic Neapolitan flavours with French flair, with drinks masterfully curated by cocktail maestro Simone Rossi of Ratafia Rossi and soulful live acoustic music.

Trattoria Felino, a culinary tribute to co-founder and Chef Marcello Scognamiglio’s diverse global experiences offers a cosy setting celebrating Neapolitan and Mediterranean flavours. Inspired by Naples, the trattoria presents an innovative menu highlighting the richness of southern Italian ingredients, featuring contemporary interpretations of classics like ‘focaccina nel ruotino’, classic pasta dishes such as “tubetti with cuttlefish and squid ragu” and meatballs inspired by Chef Marcello’s grandmother’s recipe.

With shared plates from seafood to the chef’s signature yellow chicken, the trattoria also boasts a curated selection of cocktails and wines, favouring southern Italian varietals.
