Layan Green Park, the new eco-friendly family condotel in Phuket, is on schedule and working towards being completed by the first quarter of 2023. The company has announced this pioneering property will start welcoming its first guests in the second quarter of 2023, marking the start of a new era of environmentally-conscious hospitality in Thailand.
The company has also revealed that Layan Green Park has become a WorldHotels’ Distinctive Collection member. In doing so, it joins one of the hotel industry’s most highly respected upscale portfolios, with a collection of “unique, welcoming and attainable” properties worldwide. Kazakhstan-based construction giant RAMS has been named as a new investor in the project.
Perfectly positioned just 700 metres from the golden sands of Layan Beach and only 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport, Layan Green Park will feature 403 fully-equipped condo units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites in four low-rise buildings overlooking tropical gardens and shaded walkways.
Facilities will include three freeform pools, a spa, sauna, yoga sala, indoor or outdoor gyms, a large kids’ club and playground, a restaurant, a bar and 24-7 concierge services. With its international supermarket, medical centre, golf course, and other amenities, Laguna Phuket is just a 10-minute drive away.
With a green rooftop, living walls and advanced energy saving solutions, this is also the first hospitality project in Thailand to receive the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) green building certificate, creating outstanding benefits for residents and the entire island. With solar panelling, innovative air conditioning systems, advanced water purification solutions and more, owners can expect to save more than 40% on their utility bills.
60% of the structural work at Layan Green Park has been completed, and three out of the four condo buildings are close to being finished. The overall development has progressed well in recent months, despite the impact of the global pandemic, and buyers have been able to track the project’s progress from the comfort of their homes via a live streaming camera.
Of the 403 units, 30% have now been sold to Thai and international buyers, including investors in Southeast Asia and Europe. Interestingly, a large number of these transactions involved cryptocurrencies.
“We are delighted with the progress of Layan Green Park. This truly unique project incorporates many innovative, eco-friendly solutions, so it is great to see it taking shape. We have obtained a hotel license for the project, so our management company will handle the property’s operations on behalf of our owners.
The agreement with WorldHotels will expand our global reach and help us to attract experience-seeking, environmentally-conscious guests from all around the world. We look forward to introducing this outstanding project to the world in 2023,” commented Vadym Bukhkalov, Founder & CEO of Layan Green Park.
Prices start from just US$121,300, and two promotions are now available: buyers who make a deposit payment will be offered a flight ticket to Phuket and accommodation in an SHA Extra Plus hotel or resort so that they can see the progress of their investment, and all buyers will be rewarded with a full furniture package as a free gift.
