This Summer, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris is celebrating the Paris 2024 Olympic Games by inviting guests to explore a miniature Paris in its Lobby until August 11 2024, while watching the sporting events on a giant screen from Friday, July 26 2024.
A Parisian journey to the heart of the hotel
Visitors to the Palace will find themselves immersed in an authentic and romantic Parisian atmosphere in the heart of the hotel lobby, the main meeting and traffic area.
The space has been transformed into a veritable fan zone for the start of the events. It contains iconic landmarks of the French capital, including the Morris Column, cobblestones, and bridges. From Friday, July 26, guests can enjoy this unique atmosphere while watching live coverage of the sporting events on a giant screen.
As you would expect, the recreated world is resolutely Parisian and artistic, paying homage to the city’s history and the major sporting events it has hosted. Sporting posters inspired by the 1920s and 30s will adorn the pillars as a reminder of the last major sporting event held in Paris in 1924.
The lobby will be restored to its original state on Sunday, August 11, marking the end of this unique adventure.
