Formally unveiled in April 2019, and sitting on the busy Charing Cross Road, the venue aptly greeted its first guests at the beginning of July during “Climate Action Week”. ARBORETUM, the name of which is the Latin term for a “place of trees”, describes itself as a botanically inspired haven, designed entirely using the power of plants, trees and inside forestry.
Although we didn’t have the chance to see it when we went, visitors to ARBORETUM are greeted by a plethora of greenery, as it’s deemed by the club to be beneficial in terms of increasing the productivity, concentration and wellbeing of members. The building features a co-working space housing walking treadmill desks, as well as a 300 people-capacity main lounge, where you will find “The Deli”, an all-day dining option. According to the General Manager of LIBRARY, around 300 people have so far applied for membership.
LIBRARY is located at 112 St Martin’s Lane, Charing Cross, London WC2N 4BD, United
