Holiday resort brand Luxury Lodges has partnered with leading managed holiday rental company Landal GreenParks to help manage its portfolio of UK-wide destinations following a surge in demand for staycations.
The pandemic has been a somewhat mixed bag for British businesses, with some finding the going tough whilst others have experienced what can best be described as boom times. Sector such as real estate and staycations have seen a considerable upswing in demand, and this has prompted two of the leading players in the UK hospitality sector to come together.
Luxury Lodges owns four exclusive hotel-quality resorts across the country, including Dylan Coastal Resort in west Wales, Whitbarrow in the Lake District, and Burn Coastal Retreat and Clowance, both in Cornwall all of which have benefited from recent multimillion pound investment and improvements. The new partnership will see Landal GreenParks showcase the sites on its platforms and support the management of the rental side of the business.
The affiliation between Luxury Lodges and Landal comes amidst increasing demand for quality holiday lets in desirable UK destinations, which began during the pandemic and shows no sign of slowing now restrictions have been lifted.
