Century Properties has partnered with Versace, the luxury fashion brand to create The Milano Residences, a 53-story luxury residential tower in Manila, Philippines.
In conjunction with its 25th anniversary, Century Properties the largest private real estate developer in the Philippines has announced a partnership with Versace, the world renowned fashion luxury brand based in Milan, Italy and is investing over US$68 million for its newest residential project called The Milano Residences.
The Milano Residences has 53 floors is slated for completion in 2015 and is set to rise in the 3.4-hectare Century City, the flagship mixed-use development of Century Properties in the country’s cosmopolitan financial center, Makati City.
The Milano Residences architecture is expected to complement Versace Homes elegant interior design, which will be shown in the grand lobby, hallways, lounge, library, pool garden and spa. Versace Home will also create interior inspirations that residents may adopt for their own units.

The building is expected to have a total of 340 units with 1 to 3-bedroom configurations. Prime units in various sizes and layouts include The Penthouses, The Townhouses and Italian-inspired units called The Loggias that feature breathtaking private plunge pools – a first in a Makati condo.
The average selling price is likely to be 140,000 pesos (HK$25,000) per square metre.
