In celebration of its first anniversary, Nobu Hotel San Sebastián unveils a meticulously crafted 7-course Omakase menu designed by Executive Chef Oscar Santos. This exclusive chef-led tasting experience combines local Basque flavours with the bold Japanese and Peruvian cuisine that Nobu Restaurants is renowned for worldwide.

Guests are invited to delight in dishes such as the O-Toro Ceviche with Dragon Fruit, where the texture of premium tuna is perfectly balanced with the tropical sweetness of dragon fruit. The Sea Bass Tiradito with Tierra Andina features fresh local sea bass, highlighted by the zesty notes of yellow pepper and a distinctive Basque crunch, creating a harmonious blend of flavours.

The King Crab with Dashi and Caviar offers a rich umami experience, elevated by a delicate dashi broth and the luxurious addition of caviar. This menu is a celebration of culinary artistry, reflecting both Nobu’s innovative approach and the rich gastronomic heritage of the Basque region.

The Nobu Terrace: Enjoy the New Omakase alongside the Best Viewing Spot for Semana Grande Fireworks

Semana Grande, or “The Big Week,” is San Sebastián’s most celebrated festival, renowned for its vibrant display of Basque culture, featuring traditional music, dance, bustling markets, and an array of gastronomic delights. The highlight of the festival is the international fireworks competition, a breathtaking display that illuminates the night sky over La Concha Bay throughout the week.

Nobu Hotel San Sebastián offers an exclusive Semana Grande package, including a reserved table on the terrace.
