Northrop & Johnson has announced a new and Strategic Global Partnership with the unique, family run company Goldfinch
Known for its handcrafted, bespoke art-like pianos, Cambridge, England-based Goldfinch will be collaborating with Northrop & Johnson at various yachting and luxury events throughout 2016.
Goldfinch combines technical virtuosity with eye-catching forms and embellishment to ensure that each piano is built with the precision and perfection that comes from three generations, dedicated to crafting some of the world’s finest pianos.
Treasured by discerning music and art lovers in all continents, Goldfinch specializes in elevating fully functional pianos into musical works of art. The Baby by Based Upon (£475,00, pictured) with its gleaming surfaces and elegant, sculptural shape was created in collaboration with London-based art and design studio Based Upon. The result is a baby grand piano based on the repeating spiral patterns omnipresent throughout the universe.
“Our clients love the opportunity to express themselves in unique ways and we’re happy to tackle seemingly impossible requests,” says Goldfinch Sales Director Tomas Norman.
Goldfinch’s dedication to its clientele and its drive to continue to create the best possible products are ideals that align well with those of Northrop & Johnson. Bespoke service, the assurance of complete and total satisfaction and the devotion to a luxury experience are qualities that both companies possess. The new affiliation between Northrop & Johnson and Goldfinch is a natural one.
“We are enthusiastic to start this exceptional adventure with Goldfinch Pianos,” says Strategic Partnership Director Ottaviano Iacono. “Goldfinch creates original luxury pieces that tie into the yachting lifestyle. We are very excited to have Goldfinch on board as one of our Strategic Global Partners, along with Aston Martin and Arnold & Son, as all of these brands allow us to enhance the services we are able to provide to our clients”.
“We look forward to partnering with Northrop & Johnson at all key international yacht shows and events — and hope to surprise, delight and entertain both Northrop & Johnson clients, and other visitors, with our pianos,” says Norman.
