Guests of Novara at Seaham Hall, as well as day guests of the award-winning Serenity Spa, can have access to a private, one-to-one skin consultation from one of Novara’s team of experts via advanced technological equipment, offering an in-depth skin analysis in a matter of minutes.

Guests will then be offered a thorough run through of their bespoke results, covering skin age, pigmentation, pores, wrinkles, elasticity, and more. By scanning a QR code, guests can receive their results and treatment advice directly to their mobile phones.

Guests of Novara at Seaham Hall can experience a range of treatments in private, dedicated treatment rooms, which have been created with bright and neutral interior design and design details such as hanging plants to instil a sense of calm and serenity. Treatments available include skin peels, microneedling, anti-ageing injectables and high-quality intra-facials for the ultimate glow.
