Oblix, located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, has recently launched a new brunch menu serving refined classics with a luxurious twist
Starting with a glass of champagne followed by 3 courses and a side, Oblix brunch is a truly decadent way to spend a Saturday or Sunday. Brunch is now firmly established as one of the best ways for Londoners to spend the weekend, and Oblix’s new offering truly stands out thanks to its winning combination of stunning views and exquisite cuisine. With live acoustic music sessions between 1pm and 3pm, brunch at Oblix is a celebratory affair.
Taking inspiration from the breadth of ingredients from Oblix’s open kitchen, the brunch menu will offer both an array of deli counter favourites alongside at-table service.
For starters, guests will choose from exciting new dishes served at the deli counter, including black cod fishcakes with lemon gel, truffled deviled eggs, Parma ham & artichoke bruschetta as well as a tempting meat, fish and salad selection.
For those seeking comforting brunch classics with a twist, the main course offers an impressive selection with the likes of a new lobster and king crab omelette, or the English muffin, served eggs royale; with smoked salmon & caviar. The grilled sourdough, scrambled duck eggs & smoked duck ham is also set to be a firm favourite as well as the tempting chorizo tortilla with quail eggs, sauerkraut and saffron hollandaise.
For dessert, the likes of homemade tiramisu, sweet potato pie or flourless chocolate cake are sure to satisfy.
