This February, PATRÓN and Chef Tom Sellers are opening the doors to La Cantina de Margarita, an authentic taste of Mexican culture with bar takeovers across London from 16th to 22nd, coinciding with International Margarita Day on February 22nd.
Set to reside within a number of London’s best cocktail bars, including One Hundred Shoreditch, Satan’s Whiskers and Silverleaf, ‘La Cantina de Margarita’ will ensure guests experience a set of complimentary ‘Botanas’ – traditional small plates of delicious Mexican food, Perfectly paired with PATRÓN Margaritas.
Handcrafted in collaboration with two Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers, the exclusive menu will feature evolving dishes that evoke and perfectly complement the flavour profile of the iconic Margarita cocktail made with PATRÓN Silver.
Chef Sellers is a bold innovator at the top of his craft. As one the youngest chefs in the world to receive two Michelin stars, his passion and dedication to the pursuit of perfection align with the brand’s values, producing a perfect partnership.
‘La Cantina de Margarita’ pays homage to the Mexican roots of PATRÓN and tequila-making tradition. Passionately crafted in Jalisco by PATRÓN’s familia, maintaining a tireless dedication to achieve perfection in every drop. PATRÓN uses only the highest-quality three natural ingredients masterfully combined to ensure consistency and quality in production, handcrafting the finest tequila in the world.
The first service is set to begin on Wednesday, February 15th, at Silverleaf in Pan Pacific and Thursday, February 16th, at The Rooftop, One Hundred Shoreditch, and then February 20th at Satan’s Whiskers to celebrate the perfection of the PATRÓN Margarita this International Margarita Day. ‘La Cantina de Margarita’ by PATRÓN will only be in action for a fortnight, so head to One Hundred Shoreditch, Satan’s Whiskers and Silverleaf websites to book a table and raise a glass with the PATRÓN familia.
