If you’re missing the serenity and tropical beauty of Thailand, you’re in for a treat! The Sarojin, one of the country’s most prominent luxury residences, is hosting virtual yoga and meditation classes, transporting world-leading Yogi’s directly to your homes.
Thailand’s luxurious boutique residence, The Sarojin, is hosting a brand new series of virtual yoga and meditation classes led and created by the resort’s expert teacher Justine Capdevielle.
The classes are designed to enrich the body and soul and are suitable for all skill levels – from beginner through to expert yogi. They are ideal for those looking to transport their minds to the picturesque landscapes of The Sarojin and Khao Lak, immersing themselves in travel from the comfort of their own homes.
Each of the 60-minute classes will be streamed live via Zoom from The Sarojin’s grounds at 10 am (UK time) every Tuesday and Thursday. Each incorporates both Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga alongside meditation and mindfulness techniques to relax the body and soothe anxiety. The focus for classes throughout May will be on boosting the immune system while increasing flexibility and strength.
Classes cost £8.75 to join, but Justine is offering the first class for free to all that reference ‘The Sarojin’ in their booking. To sign up for the classes and claim the free session, attendees should contact Justine via Instagram (@justineinyoga), Facebook (@YogaKhaoLak) or Whatsapp (+66626305271) and bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the class.
Justine is a certified teacher in Rainbow Yoga, Hatha-Vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal and pregnancy yoga and was a student of Kundalini Yoga for 15 years. She has been part of The Sarojin family since 2018 and regularly hosts sessions for the resort’s guests.
About the resort
Once travel restrictions are lifted, you should consider a stay at The Sarojin. It is incredible and is almost guaranteed to make you forget about the recent past. It is set on an 11km stretch of picture-perfect sand in Khao Lak and is just 55-minutes drive from Phuket Airport.
Nature is one of its biggest draws here with five spectacular parks surrounding it and world-renowned dive sites offering the chance to sport some of the world’s most exciting aquatic species.
The accommodation is equally spectacular with 56 Asian-styled residences set within 10 acres of tropical grounds with direct access to the beautiful seafront. Each guest room has a private garden and sun deck, baths and waterfall showers and a plunge and relaxation pool.
And, to ensure that you get a proper opportunity to refresh your minds and relax, no children under the age of 10 are allowed to stay at The Sarojin.
Food is another big draw at The Sarojin, particularly its fine dining which has been recognised by The MICHELIN Guide Bangkok, Phuket, and Phang-nga 2020.
