As the warmer season approaches, we are all drawn to sunny destinations, and few shine brighter than the French Riviera with its breathtaking coastline and 300 days of sunshine. In pursuit of living a truly luxurious European summer, Monte Carlo certainly can’t be overlooked, particularly the prestigious Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, which offers some extraordinary experiences.
Last Summer, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mar launched two locations: Maona Monte-Carlo, an open-air summer cabaret, and Club La Vigie, which offers a festive daytime spirit in a natural, relaxed setting. The momentum continues with the reopening of Blue Bay at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and the upcoming launch of Amazónico on the rooftop of Café de Paris.
Monte-Carlo is the quintessential sunny getaway for your summer escapades. Whether you’re drawn to open-air cabarets or seeking an exclusive adults-only daytime beach club experience, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mar offers idyllic settings for an unforgettable summer filled with the essence of joie de vivre.
Maona Monte-Carlo, an open-air summer cabaret celebrating Monaco’s heritage
Two legendary decades come together at Maona Monte-Carlo, a villa-terrace atop the rocks, just a short walk from the sandy Monte-Carlo Beach: the 60s and 70s and their carefree and irreverent breath of freedom, embodied by the most iconic personalities of the day who spent their summers in Monaco.
With a modern twist on its glamorous heritage, Maona Monte-Carlo offers a menu highlighting Monaco’s best dishes, an innovative cocktail bar, and live DJ sets against a backdrop of the moonlit Mediterranean.
Club La Vigie, festive days in a natural and relaxed setting
Since last Summer, la Pointe de la Vigie has transformed into a private adults-only daytime beach club. With subtle nods to classic beach resorts in its design, this exclusive establishment evokes a decadent, party vibe whilst offering a more intimate space for its glamourous clientele with five romantic bungalows tucked away among the pines.
Club La Vigie combines a beach club feel at the water’s edge with Mediterranean food, creative cocktails, and cutting-edge musical programming.
Le Deck, summery brasserie in Monaco for all the family to enjoy
Le Deck offers a family-friendly brasserie experience at the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach. It features a sweeping terrace with stunning views of the Olympic pool and the bay. The delicious seasonal menu highlights gourmet Mediterranean and Italian dishes, including an array of seafood like oysters, Breton lobster, and langoustines.
Blue Bay, a two Michelin-starred culinary adventure
A renowned gastronomic gem nestled in the heart of Monte-Carlo, Blue Bay has reopened its doors following renovations after being awarded its second Michelin star. Chef Marcel Ravin is known for his innovative and daring fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours, which is reflected in both the menu and the décor of the restaurant designed by Alexandra Saguet.
This summer, indulge in a unique Michelin-starred dining experience on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, savouring Marcel Ravin’s iconic dishes.
