If you’re still in the mood to feast in the post-Christmas period, then head to STK to experience the new a la carte menu, where you won’t have to choose between being healthy and indulgent this new year.
Bringing delicious flavour and healthy ingredients together, the STK menu features many of the favourites as well as a range of healthier options. In addition to this, STK has added a vibrant selection of low-calorie cocktails to the menus.
STK’s flamboyant plating style, bursting with colour and textures, might tempt you away from your steak. New starters to the menu include roasted cauliflower in celeriac cream with sweet red endive, truffle & toasted hazelnuts priced at £14 and a prawn & scallops salad.
Next, swap your steak for a deliciously light fish dish such as the £28 roasted lemon sole ballotines with cocoa beans, chorizo, rocket leaves and caper popcorns or the £22 Loch Duart organic salmon fillet with asparagus and potato gnocchi.
To accompany these dishes, the mixologists at STK have created some light cocktails for the month of January. These are priced from £12 and include a Healthy Cup Martini with Gin Mare olives, basil, rosemary, lime and apple juice and a Vegan Mary – a beetroot and orange salad served with a mocktail to match.
For a refreshing kick start to your New Year, try STK’s Spices Up cocktail with King’s Ginger liqueur, cinnamon, basil and fresh lime, topped up with ginger beer. For those embarking on an alcohol-free January, STK will offer non-alcoholic cocktails, including a punchy Dry Mary for £8.
However, if you want to throw the January diet out of the window for the night, then the new menu offers 11 steaks, including two new additions: a 750g Chateaubriand cut priced at £135 and a 900g Black Angus Tomahawk for £85.
