The Puro Group has announced the substantial expansion and renovation of Purobeach Vilamoura just in time for the summer season.

The beach club is part of the five-star Tivoli Marina Vilamoura and will re-open in May 2017. Guests can soak up the sun on a single (€40-€60) and Balinese beds (€150) and take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the new beachfront and poolside areas, which will accommodate 350 guests.

Vilamoura is a stylish and modern holiday destination located in the Algarve’s Faro district, just 25km from Faro Airport. The Portuguese hotspot has stunning beaches and an impressive marina. The newly refurbished beach club boasts a spectacular position overlooking Marina de Vilamoura and the Atlantic Ocean and will include two distinct areas; Poolside and Beachfront.

The Poolside is made up of a gorgeous swimming pool and garden, two minutes from the beach, offering guests a dedicated pool service with refreshments from Purobeach’s globally inspired menu. The menu includes a vitamin bursting Superfood Salad and a Gin’s Apple Garden cocktail featuring elderflower syrup, ginger beer, cucumber and green apples – this cocktail is the perfect poolside refreshment.

The Beachfront overlooks the blue waters of the marina and is the perfect place to soak up the sun on one of the venue’s 13 Balinese beds. Traditional Portuguese dishes like Fish and Seafood Cataplana, which is a delicious and rich combination of freshly caught fish, prawns, clams, and a blend of local spices, named after the copper cookware it is prepared in – it is a true symbol of the Algarve’s culinary tradition.

This dish and other Puro classics including the refreshing Caprese Salad will be served at its outstanding new 100 seater restaurant.

Classic Puro events will run through the summer season including the Puro Group’s famous Full Moon parties and Sunday Brunch – not to be missed. Puro’s resident, DJ Dhanny, as well as local and international DJs will be behind the decks daily playing soulful, deep house.

Purobeach Vilamoura’s updated look includes a mix of pure white, natural materials, wood stone and leather, reflecting the Puro Group’s signature bohemian elegance style.

The new beach club will accommodate up to 350 guests.
