The Backes & Strauss Piccadilly Renaissance Collection is an aptly named rebirth collection, the watches still retain Backes & Strauss’ luxurious and distinctive look, reborn within a sleek and slim style. A truly modern luxury watch, perfect for a gentlemen.
The Piccadilly Renaissance Collection is extremely slender measuring a mere 6.1 mm in depth. The watches are crafted in 18k white or rose gold, the elegant cases are either lavishly set with the finest ideal cut round brilliant diamonds in two or three rows, or Classic, without diamonds on the case. Each of the distinctive watches has a single diamond being hand-set into the crown, more commonly known as the Backes & Strauss “Jewel in the Crown”.
The Piccadilly Renaissance is a mechanical marvel produced by the experienced eye and precision of the diamond setter utilising many years of experience wirking with such ultra thin cases. The mechanical movement, only 2.5 mm in depth, is decorated and fully revealed through a transparent case-back of sapphire crystal.
These elegant and slim timepieces reflect tradional British Class and European style. Roman numerals are hand set on a choice of dial colours to match the alligator skin straps coupled with an 18kt white or rose gold buckle.
