This wonderful Beaux Arts landmark dates back to the 19th century has been a destination for royalties thanks to its former proprietors, Marquise de Preignes and Baron Empain. The Château Bouffémont has stunning views of Montmorency Forest and the Jack Nicklaus designed Paris International Golf Course. Conveniently situated only 30km from central Paris and 20 minutes from Charles De Gaulle International Airport, this beautiful piece of French history is easily accessible to all.
In 2006 a young man with a big idea whose aim was to transform the property into a luxurious ten-bedroom private venue bought the Chateau. It has been extensively renovated, paying attention to detail while respecting its heritage and tradition.
The Chateau will have ten luxurious suites sleeping up to 32 guests at any time. The five grand halls each offer a different ambiance will be the perfect space to hold any type of event or dinner. A private bar and fully serviced kitchen are also available over four floors. Acres of private land and formal gardens greet you and are an ideal space for a wedding or intimate party.
The Chateau’s 19th century style may have been reinstated however the technology is all 21st century: high speed WiFi, flat screen TV’s, sound-system throughout and staff can be hired upon request to cater to your every want.
The two forest lakes close by offer sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and rafting. Guests can also take day trips to the largest French river beach, L’Isle-Adam or go wine tasting in neighbouring villages.
