For Halloween, Hong Kong’s highly touted The Diplomat is welcoming back Matt Abergel from Michelin starred Yardbird for Eat Your Heart Out. For one-day-only, Matt will be in The Diplomat’s kitchen, creating a foods and drinks extravaganza with all-you-can-eat snacks, alongside free-flowing Sunday’s Whisky and Fernet Hunter highballs.

For most people with kids, Halloween is something to look forward to; For the majority of others that don’t live with kids, it’s a night to be out! The thought of children banging on your door decked out with badly painted faces, and shoddy costumes, demanding goodies and threatening a penalty if you don’t comply is a tradition that will cause millions to shudder and look for places to be elsewhere.

One place Hongkongers can head to is The Diplomat, which just so happens to be one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars. For Halloween 2021, they’re welcoming back Yardbird’s Matt Abergel. Matt will be taking over The Diplomat’s kitchen on Sunday 31st October, preparing his Eat Your Heart Out extravaganza, and be warned, it’s only for one day.

Matt and the team will be serving all-you-can-eat snacks, Fernet Hunter highballs and free-flowing Sunday’s Whisky. In addition to this, The Diplomat crew will also be pouring free-flow Brooklyn Brewery’s Brooklyn Summer Ale, just in case you’re still thirsty! There will be two sessions available which run from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm and tickets are available now. Please note that Matt and The Diplomat want you to arrive hungry and thirsty to ensure you get the very best experience!
