Utopian Hotel Collection has kicked off 2019 by signing three additional Italian hotels to their portfolio; Principe Forte Dei Marmi, Punta Tragara and Palazzo Manfredi.
Designed to appeal to travellers in pursuit of modern and progressive luxury, the newly signed hotels join the two existing Utopian Italian properties, Portrait Firenze and Furnirussi Tenuta, taking the total number of hotels in the collection to 31.
Each prides itself on offering an immersive and inspiring experience for visitors who want to discover some of the most beautiful places in Italy.
Palazzo Manfredi
Located in the heart of Rome and just a few steps away from the iconic Colosseum, the Palazzo Manfredi boutique hotel has ancient origins at its heart, creating compelling stories for guests, making this the perfect addition to the collection.
Guests are invited to learn about the recently uncovered gladiator training school, which was located just a few metres from where the hotel now stands.
The hotel is also home to the Michelin-starred restaurant AROMA (see lead image), where guests can enjoy some of Italy’s finest dishes on an outdoor terrace whilst soaking up the unparalleled views of the Colosseum.
Punta Tragara
Perched on a clifftop offering uninterrupted sea views, the Punta Tragara is one of Capri’s most luxurious hotels with a rich history, perfectly fulfilling every principle of Utopian’s strict curation process.
Built in 1920 and formerly a villa, the house was the American Command headquarters during World War II, which played host to General Eisenhower and Sir Winston Churchill. In 1973, the villa was transformed into a hotel, and the unique design takes inspiration from the nearby Faraglioni rock formation.
Principe Forte Dei Marmi
Principe Forte Dei Marmi is one of the newest hotels in the small village of Forte Dei Marmi on Tuscany’s jaw-dropping coastline. This charming hotel has a contemporary style with a playful character at its heart, whilst the harmoniously designed 28 rooms and 15 suites are furnished by the most acclaimed Italian designers, including Armani Casa, FLEXIFORM, MAXALTO and B&B Casa.
Utopian’s hotels are defined by a sense of discovery and adventure; at Principe Forte Dei Marmi, guests can take advantage of the hotel’s Yacht Charter service to quickly reach the famous Cinque Terre (UNESCO World Heritage site), Portofino and Elba.
Utopian guests booking a stay at these Italian hotels are also entitled to a number of bespoke, complimentary benefits chosen to provide customers with the most stress-free and mindful travel experience.
With complete access to the entire Headspace library for one month and a holiday reading consultation with Heywood Hill (the biggest little bookshop in the world), Utopian Hotel Collection is committed to curating the ultimate guest experience before, during and after your dream holiday.
