Visitors will have the unique opportunity to enjoy a series of curated experiences, including expert seminars, an exclusive art gallery, and food & drink tastings, at this year’s Luxury Property Show when it returns to Olympia London on 31st October & 1st November.
As the only dedicated luxury property show in Europe, the event will present visitors the opportunity to connect with experts in high-end property, such as lawyers, currency specialists and tax advisors, and the chance to view incredible properties from the most sought-after locations across the globe, including the UK, Spain, Portugal, and United Arab Emirates.
Upon arrival, VIP ticket holders will be offered a complimentary glass of Champagne PIAFF, which has been handcrafted in the vineyards of the Marne River valley for five generations, along with access to the VIP lounge, hosted by international property developer, Sobha Realty, where visitors will be able to take a moment to unwind.
Golfzon will join the show with its state-of-the-art golf simulator. Designed to give professionals and beginners real swing practise, with feedback to provide accurate ball-striking results, helping to improve consistency and lower handicaps. Golfzon will be running nearest to the pin and longest-drive competitions for visitors to show off their skills during the show.
Offering a unique range of original art, sculpture, mixed media, prints and photography, Luminaire Arts will present a specially curated gallery of work from British artists. The exhibit will be on display exclusively on the show floor for visitors to immerse themselves in for both days of the show.
Attendees will also benefit from a full day of workshops and seminars designed to enhance the experience of buying a property abroad, or at home. With sessions including, ‘Why lighting is the single most important part of any luxury property’ by lighting expert Terry Hibbert and ‘Understanding the risk of moving money overseas’ by currency expert Carl Hasty, the seminar content will provide visitors with additional insights into getting the most out of their properties. Content will also include advice from experts in purchasing and managing a high-end property, with lawyers, real-estate agents and solicitors joining the line-up.
Elsewhere on the show floor, visitors can experience premium chocolate and coffee tastings from Ecuador, courtesy of Analu Chocolate, as well as wine tasting with Benedetta Verga Falzacappa, allowing attendees to sample some of the finest wines available.
The show floor will host 44 exhibitors, including high-end estate agents and solicitors, many of which will be hosting luxury giveaways. The Villa Collection will be offering visitors the chance to win a seven-night stay at Port St Charles resort in Barbados. Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort will also be offering one visitor a two-night stay for two people at one of its residence suites with views over Lake Lucerne, Switzerland.
Jana Korpova-Harris, Director at the Luxury Property Show, concludes: “We are really excited to welcome a diverse range of interactive features for our visitors to experience at the Luxury Property Show this year. The features demonstrate that the event is about more than just real estate because investing in property or buying a second home encompasses more than just the property itself.
“Our seminar content is something which we are particularly proud of. We have curated a series of experts to offer tangible insights for our visitors on all aspects of buying a property, from lighting and art through to where best to invest, and everything in between. We can’t wait for everyone to experience it.”
