WATERMARK, the renowned waterfront dining destination at Pier 7, Star Ferry, Central, has launched its Harbour Bliss Afternoon Tea Menu, providing an ideal location from which to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
Starting on 9 January 2025, the afternoon tea menu is perfectly timed for joyful gatherings during the new year, allowing guests an opportunity to indulge in a sumptuous tea set while enjoying stunning 270-degree views of Victoria Harbour. It is served from 3 pm to 5 pm daily, priced at HK$498 for two*, and includes a generous array of sweet and savoury offerings for the ultimate indulgence.
A standout of the four exquisite savoury treats is the Seared Hokkaido Scallop, which showcases the delicate flavours of the fresh, premium Japanese seafood paired with a hint of seasoning.
Lobster Tartlet is another luxurious bite, a buttery pastry shell filled with tender lobster meat.
The teatime classic of Mini Quiche Lorraine bursts with rich, umami egg-and-bacon tastes, all housed in a flaky crust, while Foie Gras Focaccia Sandwich is the height of extravagance – creamy, melt-in-the-mouth goose liver layered between pillowy, aromatic focaccia bread.
Five decadent sweets elevate these delectable savouries. A warm, custardy Canelé delights with a caramelised crust and a soft, fragrant vanilla centre. The menu also includes a traditional Scone, served with rich whipped cream and luscious fig jam, while a perfectly crafted Macaron adds a touch of elegance.
Boasting a wonderfully creamy and cheesy base with a tangy strawberry topping, Strawberry Cheesecake stands in gorgeous contrast to the light, airy texture of Mango & Passion Fruit Mousse Cake and its refreshing blast of tropical flavours.
Tea or coffee is included with the teatime experience. To enhance the enjoyment, guests can upgrade to unlimited refills of a speciality coffee or premium tea from a range including Osmanthus Oolong, Da Hong Pao, Phoenix Teaphile, Earl Grey and Peppermint for an additional HK$28 per person*. In addition, a glass of selected white, rosé, red wine or prosecco can be enjoyed for an extra HK$68 per person.
Further elevating the New Year dining experience is a thoughtfully curated wine list featuring old and new-world offerings and a star selection of innovative cocktails and mocktails imagined by expert in-house mixologists.
Signature creations include WATERMARK (HK$128*), an exquisite balance of sweetness and tanginess; T-Sunset (HK$108*), distilling the vibrancy of dusk; and Harbour Breeze (HK$118*), blending exotic spirits with fresh local ingredients.
