Thomas’s Café offers a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of London’s Regent Street.
Thomas’s Café, the British all day dining experience located within Burberry’s flagship store on Vigo Street, has announced its three new set menus, perfect for winter feasting.
The winter set menus (ranging from £35 to £55 per head) will offer an array of warming, quintessentially British classics ranging from Cumberland baby sausages served with damson jam, whole Isle of Wight lobster with chips, customer favourite the Sutton Hoo chicken salad, and vanilla buttermilk pudding served with apples, honeycomb and warm doughnuts.
The Christmas feasting menu at Thomas’s is priced at £75 per head. Guests can enjoy this within the cosy private dining room which boasts space for 14, the elegant upstairs dining room or downstairs beside the roaring fire, surrounded by Burberry scarfs and blankets.
The Christmas feasting menu includes everything you might expect and more of a luxurious and indulgent menu, from: devils on horseback, Irish Carlingford oysters, Secret Smokehouse salmon, Game terrine with truffle on toast and a garden vegetable salad with quail eggs to share, to Beef Wellington served with roasted baby heritage carrots, herb mash, Brussel sprout tops and chestnuts. The feasting menu concludes with fresh fruit mince pies and brandy butter from the AGA, miniature Colston Bassett Stilton served with oatcakes and fruits all to share along with warming cups of tea and coffee, served with fudge.
Parties larger than 14 can be accommodated in the upstairs dining room.
