Estro by Chef Antimo Maria Merone will celebrate its first anniversary with an exclusive collaborative lunch on the 18th of September. For one day only, Executive Chef Antimo will join forces with Chefs Ricardo Chaneton of 1-Michelin-starred MONO and Agustin Balbi of 1-Michelin-starred Andō to present an Italian-inspired menu.

Launched in partnership with JIA Group, Estro is Chef Antimo Maria Merone’s first restaurant in Hong Kong. Dedicated to elevating Neapolitan cuisine through modern cooking techniques, Estro’s refined tasting menus draw inspiration from Antimo’s homeland, with each dish evoking rich memories of his ancestors, history and childhood.

The restaurant brings a global perspective to regional cuisine and acknowledges Antimo’s Neapolitan roots whilst showcasing his innate creativity and progressive style. Estro is a MICHELIN-recommended restaurant and a new entry to the Tatler Dining by Hong Kong Tatler’s Top 20 most impactful restaurants of Hong Kong.

Celebrating one year since opening its doors last year, Estro will be paying homage to this special milestone with an exclusive Italian Anniversary Lunch on Sunday the 18th of September. The collaboration lunch will bring together some of the city’s leading chef talents.

Chef Antimo will combine his culinary skills with his friends, Ricardo Chaneton of 1-Michelin-starred MONO and Agustin Balbi of 1-Michelin-starred Andō, whose blood and heritage are part Italian and who influence the award-winning cuisines at their respective restaurants.

The special first-anniversary six-course lunch menu will be priced at HK$2,080+10% per guest, with an optional six-glass wine pairing at an additional HK$1,080+10%, with all dishes for the menu exclusively designed for this special occasion.
