He has been awarded a star for his cooking on the Don Juan II yacht, making it the first-ever cruise to offer such highly-rated cuisine.
On the menu: A two-hour sailing experience, including a prestigious dinner on the most beautiful avenue in Paris, the River Seine. Indulge in your starter whilst sailing by the Sacre Coeur, devour your fish course taking in the fabulous Notre Dame cathedral, and savour the lamb seeing the Eiffel Tower. As the cruise ends, you finish your dessert and have experienced a fantastic two hours on the Seine.
