Ong Chin Huat gets a sneak peak at Tiffany’s bold new HardWear jewellery collection ahead of its 28 April Worldwide Launch.
Tiffany & Co. recently unveiled its latest jewellery collection, the first one in two years. Named Tiffany HardWear it’s a fierce and edgy collection consisting of link bracelets, wrap necklaces and dangling ball earrings all gleaming in 18 karat yellow gold and sterling silver.
Embodying the spirit of New York City and the energy of its street life, Tiffany HardWear draws its inspiration from the soul of this vibrant and cosmopolitan city where modern and contemporary fuses seamlessly with tradition and old world charm.
Tiffany HardWear is inspired by a unisex bracelet from 1971 which has been modernised and updated for today’s aesthetics and the collection looks as stunning on an uptown debutante in a couture ball gown as it does on a rebel wearing ripped jeans and a leather jacket.
Because of the versatility of this collection, who better than Lady Gaga to be the face of Tiffany HardWear?
As a true New Yorker and a style icon who is as fiercely feminine as she is strong and unique, Lady Gaga represents all the qualities and attributes which Tiffany HardWear embodies and she’s featured in an unscripted film talking about her lifelong passion for Tiffany and her creative journey towards self-expression and empowerment. This 60-second film was premiered during the Superbowl LI in February.
“In New York, you’re born knowing that Tiffany is the best and that it is where magic happens. The Brand is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times … To me, Tiffany represents timeless American jewellery,” said Lady Gaga.
