With breaking news released last week that one of London’s finest restaurants Nozomi will be arriving on ultra-chic Euro hotspot Monte Carlo, we can now reveal that Geoffrey and Christian Moore have teamed up with Nozomi Monaco!
The Brothers Moore, as they are commonly known, were the creators and owners of the world famous Hush Restaurants and are pleased to announce their collaboration with Nozomi on their first oversees venture together.
Throughout the summer months, the multi-award winning Contemporary Japanese Cuisine can be found exclusively in the Port Palace Hotel. Located on the 6th floor in the hotels Mandarine Restaurant, guests can enjoy the famous fusion specialities from Nozomi whilst taking in the majestic harbour views from the dining room and terrace area. Regulars of Nozomi London will recognise the world famous a-la-carte menu, offering exquisite Japanese delicacies using the finest seafood ingredients paired with secret dressings and delicious sauces. Famed dishes include the Nozomi Crab Salad, Sea Urchin Sashimi, Black Cod with Nozomi miso and pickled daikon and Wagyu Ribeye not to mention an enviable selection of fine wines and spirits, sakes and cocktails.
