Set in the heart of the Saudi Arabian Alnesai desert, Six Senses Southern Dunes offers guests a unique escape where nature and Nabataean tradition meet luxury. Inspired by the pillars of innovation, adventure, and heritage, the resort invites guests on an out-of-the-ordinary journey of discovery and enrichment.

The brand’s trademark wellness formula is embodied in the state-of-the-art Spa, spanning nearly 4,000 square feet over two floors, with six treatment rooms, a gym, two pools, a pool bar and panoramic desert views.

Beyond the Spa, guest activities include everything from stargazing excursions with local astrologers to cooking classes and fishing tours on the waters of the Red Sea. The resort’s five restaurants offer plenty of variety, from a gelato parlour to the fine-dining Al Sarab.

Six Senses has a nature-first approach in its design and operations and aims to be the first LEED Platinum resort in Saudi Arabia. Setting new standards in sustainability, its electricity is powered entirely by its own solar farm.

Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea is an escape for those seeking well-being, self-improvement, and inner peace, and also a destination for unbridled adventure in the unique surroundings of one of the least explored deserts in the world.

How to get there?
The 45-minute private EV car transfer from the new Red Sea International Airport takes guests southeast along the coastal highway before turning east inland through serene desert mountains and narrow wadis and onto the 76-key resort.

Red Sea International Airport (RSI) is now open for commercial flights from Riyadh and will soon offer direct international flights, putting 250 million travellers within a 3-hour radius and 80% of the world within an 8-hour radius of the destination.

More than 150 EV charging stations have been installed across the destination, marking the completion of the largest off-grid EV charging network in Saudi Arabia. Guests can use the luxury electric transport vehicles on-demand or through advanced bookings for all transport needs across the destination.
