Ibiza welcomes the new beachside restaurant Sonrojo, offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine along the captivating Cala Llonga coastline.
Occupying a prime beachside spot with sea and mountain views, Sonrojo is the perfect location for travellers and residents to unwind and capture the essence of the Balearic lifestyle.
Sonrojo serves a laidback menu of traditional Spanish dishes, including creative adaptations such as the Donostiarra-style Black Rice Paella with Cuttlefish and Prawns and Ribeye Paella with Bone Marrow, Betanzos-style tortilla, Iberian ham, Andalusian-style Calamari, and Josper-cooked meat and fish. In addition, fresh light salads, Steak Tatar, Tuna Tatar, and Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio complement the classic flavours.
No traditional Spanish meal is complete without Sangria, and Sonrojo offers an exciting selection of Classic and Frozen Sangria Blanco and Tinto using Ibicencan and Spanish wines and fizz, seasonal fresh fruit, and herbs.
Cocktails and coolers with a Sonrojo twist include the Saffron Oaxaca Old Fashioned, infused with Herradura Reposado, Mezcal, agave and bitters, and the Passionfruit Michelada with Patrón Silver, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, habanero, passionfruit, Mexican lager, agave, and salt.
There is also a selection of elevated alcohol-free drinks to indulge in the Passionfruit Miche-Nada with Seedlip Spice, habanero, passionfruit, lime, agave, Heineken 0.0 and the Vibrante & Soda with Martini Vibrante, watermelon juice, London Essence Soda, and the Alcohol-Free Sangria with Martini Vibrante, esponja de Naranja, mint, strawberry jam, lemonade.
