This festive season, The Biltmore, Mayfair will enchant guests with a spectacular transformation as it embraces the spirit of The Nutcracker, unveiling a whimsical ‘Land of Sweets’ theme.

Inspired by the beloved Christmas ballet, The Biltmore will delight guests with festive cocktails like the Sugar Plum Fizz, a Christmas Day Brunch featuring ten indulgent desserts, creative welcome treats, and sugar-themed displays with exquisite décor —all designed to immerse guests in a magical world of sugar plum fairies, sparkling snowflakes, and festive enchantment.

When guests enter the hotel, they will be transported into a winter wonderland, just like Clara in the Land of Sweets. Every corner of the hotel has been transformed with lavish decorations that bring the Land of Sweets to life. The excitement does not stop in the main areas of the hotel; in their suites, guests will enjoy delicious welcome treats and Biltmore teddy bears for children.

Specially curated cocktails in The Pine Bar draw inspiration from the ballet’s famous scenes, with flavours like salted caramel, rich white chocolate, and champagne, perfectly capturing the warmth of Christmas. Guests and Londoners looking for a festive tipple will love the creative white port Winter Waltz, the rich chocolate and coffee laced Winter Wonderland and the sweet and sour Lollipop Lane.

In keeping with the theme, the Christmas Day Brunch in Café Biltmore will feature ten different types of desserts, from rich chocolates to sugar-dusted pastries. Guests will also be spoilt with a cold bar rich with Oysters, Tacos, Sushi, and Seafood, as well as festive mains including Dry-Aged Beef Wellington, Lamb Leg, Pan-Seared Wild Stone Bass, and much more.

Christmas Day Dinner served in Café Biltmore and Grill 88 will be a decadent feast. Diners can begin with starters, including Jersey Rock Oysters, Orkney Scallops, Duck Scotch Eggs, and Spiced Bone Marrow, leading into indulgent dishes such as Oxtail Ragu, Seafood Cataplana, Double Decker Dirty Burgers, and more. For a sweet finale, the dessert menu is inspired by the Land of Sweets, featuring decadent Tiramisu, New York Cheesecake, and velvety Chocolate Cakes.
