London’s latest 360-degree rooftop bar and restaurant Wagtail has announced a new Weekend Brunch experience in partnership with Della Vite Prosecco, which promises a first-class dining experience in the sky.
Weekend Brunch Experience is available every Saturday and Sunday starting from this weekend. It is a seasonal brunch menu with the best of British produce that includes a sharing board and a selection of starters and main courses, with the option to include half a bottle or free-flowing Della Vite Superiore DOCG or Rosé Prosecco.
Guests can enjoy the brunch in the 9th-floor dining room and East and West Terraces at Wagtail, with live entertainment and a backdrop of London’s most iconic landmarks, including London Bridge, The Shard, Tower Bridge and of course, Monument.
On arrival, guests will begin their culinary journey with a sharing board made up of cheese, cured meats and sourdough bread. There will also be an option to add an Oyster course which includes three market oysters and a Bloody Mary Shot.
There is a selection of starters, including the Crab Cake Benedict, which comes with a poached egg and Hollandaise, or 90-day Somerset Saxon Chicken Breast, accompanied with grilled baby gem salad, pecorino and anchovy dressing. The vegetarian options include Burrata and Parmigiano-Reggiano Fondue, which comes with a poached egg, shaved black truffle and croutons, or Salt-Roast Beetroot alongside heritage tomato, sourdough bread and tofu aioli.
All mains can be accompanied by a selection of sides, including Triple Cooked Chips with Truffle Parmesan, Mashed Potatoes, Chargrilled Baby Gem, Foraged Mushrooms or Pan-Roasted Red Chicory. There are also vegan and plant-based options available on request.
Wagtail’s Weekend Brunch starts at £60 per person. Weekend Brunch with half a bottle of Della Vite Superiore DOCG or Rosé Prosecco is £80 per person; Weekend Brunch with free-flowing Della Vite Superiore DOCG or Rosé Prosecco for two hours is £120 per person.
