Founded in 1994 by Luca Bassani Antivari, passionate and visionary yachtsman, Wally changed the entire concept of cruising yachts and created groundbreaking sailing and power boats which are unmatched reference points in yachting and in the design world. Wally has revealed further details and updated images of the Wally Ace, its new displacement yacht.
- Debuting a revolutionary hull design, Wally Ace will combine exceptional comfort with Wally’s unique design style and marine expertise
- With unrivalled space within its length, Wally Ace will provide a massive 128 m2 of outside social space over two deck levels as well as a 41 m2 interior saloon area
- The total square metreage of Wally Ace will be 282 m2, more than 30 per cent greater than its nearest competitor in its length
- A true long-distance ocean cruiser, the 24 metre Wally Ace will be classified as a yacht and therefore manageable without a professional crew
The first Wally Ace hull is in its final stages of build and will soon be launched for final fit and testing. Two further hulls are also in build and are due for completion in the second half of 2012. Further details of Wally Ace will be announced in the coming months. Yachting enthusiasts are hoping that the Wally Ace continues the company’s success. Wally is a two-time winner of the Compasso d’Oro (in 2004 and in 2008), the world’s most important award for quality and design.
